The Basics
We want you flying proud in SFL gear. If somethingâs off, weâll help you get it right.
Because We Use Printful (Made-to-Order)
Most SFL items are printed on demand when you order. That means we donât do returns or exchanges for âchanged my mind / wrong size / ordered the wrong thing.â
Translation: confirm your loadout before takeoff.
What We Will Fix
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item, weâll replace it or refund itâfast.
Report issues within 30 days of delivery.
After that, the trail goes cold.

Not Eligible (No Joy)

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery (your dog counts as âafter deliveryâ)
How to File a Claim
Send us:

Your order number
-
A quick description of the issue
-
Clear photos (the item + the problem + packaging if damaged)
Weâll confirm, then either:

Send a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method (depending on the situation).
Shipping & Timing

Replacements ship as soon as the fix is approved.

Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer after we process it.
Lost Packages / Wrong Address
If tracking shows âdelivered,â thatâs usually the end of the sortie. If you think itâs a carrier error, contact us and weâll try to help you chase it down.
If you entered the wrong address, we canât guarantee a reroute or reprint.
