The Basics
We want you flying proud in SFL gear. If something’s off, we’ll help you get it right.
Because We Use Printful (Made-to-Order)
Most SFL items are printed on demand when you order. That means we don’t do returns or exchanges for “changed my mind / wrong size / ordered the wrong thing.”
Translation: confirm your loadout before takeoff.
What We Will Fix
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund it—fast.
Report issues within 30 days of delivery.
After that, the trail goes cold.
Eligible Issues (Green Light)

Print defects / misprints

Wrong item received

Missing items (rare, but it happens)
Not Eligible (No Joy)

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery (your dog counts as “after delivery”)
How to File a Claim
Send us:

Your order number
-
A quick description of the issue
-
Clear photos (the item + the problem + packaging if damaged)
We’ll confirm, then either:

Send a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method (depending on the situation).
Shipping & Timing

Replacements ship as soon as the fix is approved.

Refund timing depends on your bank/card issuer after we process it.
Lost Packages / Wrong Address
If tracking shows “delivered,” that’s usually the end of the sortie. If you think it’s a carrier error, contact us and we’ll try to help you chase it down.
If you entered the wrong address, we can’t guarantee a reroute or reprint.
